A training and mentoring programme targetting the development needs of arts festivals in the county. The aim is to support their progress as a social enterprise and to look at the longevity of festivals and the requirement for professional development and opportunities for growth. A collaboration is underway between North, East and West Kerry Development (NEWKD) and facilitated initially by Local Enterprise Office Kerry.
