Tipperary Creative Ireland Community Grant Scheme 2019 provides communities and groups in the county to engage in creative activity across a broad range of disciplines. Now in its 3rd year the scheme gives people a chance to get creative with arts and heritage in their own areas and has had a positive impact on the cultural life of the county.
