{"id":10871,"date":"2020-10-03T03:04:25","date_gmt":"2020-10-03T02:04:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/event\/young-filmmakers-of-the-future\/"},"modified":"2020-10-03T03:04:25","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T02:04:25","slug":"young-filmmakers-of-the-future","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/en\/event\/young-filmmakers-of-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Young Filmmakers of the Future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">This creative experience will be led by Young People from <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span>Mountrath Community School <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">with professional mentorship <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span>to make their own short film, based on a theme\/story of their own choosing. <\/span><\/span>Young Filmmakers of the Future is about <span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><span>enabling the creative potential of young people and working with <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">a professional filmmaker, creative writing facilitator and technical team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">In collaboration with the school\u2019s Film Club, young people will learn about story-boarding, script writing\/editing\/workshopping, to filming on set\/on location and post-production editing.
