Turas <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00da<\/span><\/span><\/span>r are a newly established arts <\/span><\/span><\/span>c<\/span><\/span><\/span>ollective, determined to find new and innovative ways of connecting with the public. The aim of this project is to bring you, the audience, on a creative journey through online engagement and multimedia participation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Eight <\/span><\/span><\/span>artists will create and install a sculptural response to their environment in various unspecified areas of interest and beauty across their locality. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The spaces themselves are personally chosen by the artist as <\/span><\/span><\/span>having <\/span><\/span><\/span>special meaning or connection to their work. The entire process, from concept to installation, will be documented online, culminating in a virtual exhibition. Turas \u00dar would love if you, the audience, would join us on this journey of discovery \u2013 this new path.\u00a0They are encouraging audience participation\u00a0in a number of forms. Firstly, they are hoping you will attempt to guess the sculpture locations; a virtual treasure hunt, if you will. Secondly, they would love you to join in \u2013 create your own response to your environment, in the form of sculpture, print, painting or whatever you like! During a difficult 18 months, we have all learnt to appreciate what\u2019s on our doorstep \u2013 now is your chance to document that and be part of an online arts community.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
