The Coinini are a group of women from all backgrounds, beliefs, careers, lifestyles and talents, a group born from a Creative Ireland project, facilitated by the Rabbits Riot in collaboration with the North Leitrim Women’s Centre. The project started as a conversation around the Irish Constitution and Article 41.2.1 but as time drew on the group developed a life force of its own, it became a safe space where women could not only connect but challenge and question their identity, find comfort in day to day challenges they once felt isolated in and allow themselves to exist in the world as they see fit and support each other to do the same.<\/p>\n
Christmas Windows Come Alive is a creative project, facilitated by the Rabbits Riot, supported by Creative Ireland, offering space, skills and time for members of Coinini to imagine and create Live Performance windows in Manorhamilton this Christmas. The project’s aim is to hold creative space for the members of Coinini to take back their power as creators in this world to build a performance where they maintain complete autonomy over every element of the creative process from inception to physical manifestation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":16053,"template":"","class_list":["post-16052","event","type-event","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
