The Inevitable Ether<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nearly 100 young people from St. Fergals National School (Killeagh), Gaelscoil Mhainister na Corann (Midleton), and the Greywood Arts Youth Club will collaborate on an exhibition from November 18-20th for Space\u00a0Fest at Ireland’s National Space Centre. This educational STEAM programme is a collaboration between Greywood Arts and the NSC. Facilitated by artist\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Rois\u00edn White, young people will learn how both photographs and space telescopes use light to give us pictures of the past, as well as be introduced to the function of a satellite groundstation. The young artists will create photographic images that utilise morse code to project their questions for the universe into outer space. Their work will be presented alongside that of professional artists-in-residence.
