Here at the shop and studio of Irish Hand Weaves, based in Stack, Main Street, Ennistymon, weaver Jean Moran and mindfulness facilitator Tr\u00edona Gleeson, will facilitate three consecutive, monthly workshops.\u00a0 These workshops will be combining the handcrafts of drop spindle spinning, hand embroidery with the practice of mindfulness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019d like to learn a new skill, or develop your existing skill of spinning or hand embroidery in a supportive environment.\u00a0 If you\u2019d like to develop, or begin a practice of mindfulness through crafting, which will enhance your creativity and sense of presence, your connection to yourself, your craft and your environment, then you are very welcome to join us in our meditative craft circle! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These workshops will happen for 2 hr once a month, from August to October, enabling participants to connect to the fibres, materials, crafts, heritage and culture within a mindful practice.\u00a0 Enhance your overall sense of wellbeing and presence within this safe and respectful space, and leave with a new or developed hand craft!\u00a0 Please don\u2019t hesitate to contact, if you have any queries.\u00a0 You can book in for an individual workshop!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
