Leave the Long Grass Grow is a call to action. It calls artists, communities and individuals \u00a0to give voice to species facing decline in the biodiversity crisis. It is a call to action and invites artists to engage with their local habitats and ecosystems to bring these species into the visual awareness of communities by celebrating them through creative process.<\/p>\n

Leave the Long Grass Grow<\/em> is the third iteration of the Waking the Seeds Collaborations<\/em> <\/strong>hosted by the Acorn Project. Waking the Seeds is a multidisciplinary collaboration hosted by The Acorn Project between communities, subject matter experts and a collective of local artists. In these multidisciplinary collaborations we explore our human connection to nature and how we can hold a group vision for nature and her restoration through creative practice, engagement and actions of ecological restoration.<\/p>\n

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a raincoat for the outdoor workshops.<\/p>\n
