He started in the industry as an editor in 2009 on the TG4 TV series \u2018<\/span><span lang=\"PT\" xml:lang=\"PT\">Rasai na Gaillimhe<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">\u2019 &amp; has worked on numerous productions in Ireland, Canada &amp; the UK including work with ITV, UTV Ireland &amp; RT<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" xml:lang=\"FR\">\u00c9<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">. He has written\/directed\/edited several multi award winning short films funded by RT<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" xml:lang=\"FR\">\u00c9<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">, Filmbase, The Galway Film Centre and Film Limerick. Two of his films have been broadcast on national television &amp; he has been nominated for the \u2018Emerging Directors Awards\u2019 three times in 2018, 2019 &amp; 2020. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Jonathan Farrelly was the director &amp; a creator of the show \u2018First World Problems\u2019 for RTE &amp; was shortlisted for the \u2018Ones To Watch\u2019 at the Edinburgh TV Festival for his work in writing and development. Jonathan formerly worked with BBC Northern Ireland &amp; has also worked on TV shows for Channel 4, BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Four, RTE, TV3 and Sky One.
