A family day out starting at the Community Centre Drumlish to collect your trail map and you will then be able to find all the scarecrows around the village and vote on your favourite. Trail maps will be available until 3pm.<\/p>\n
It is free to enter your scarecrow in the competition, \u00a0just register by emailing northlongfordguides@gmail.com\u00a0or PM North Longford Guides facebook page. \u00a0 Don’t forget to include your postcode for the trail map! \u00a0 If you live outside Drumlish village and want to make a scarecrow, you can register your interest and we will find a garden for you to display your scarecrow. \u00a0This year the theme is ‘Characters from Children’s books and films’<\/span><\/p>\n Ongoing in the Community Centre for the afternoon will be a Craft Fair from 12-5pm \u00a0and stalls will include local crafters, face painting, tea\/coffee\/cake\/hot dogs and much more.<\/span><\/p>\n This year businesses in the village have been asked to decorate their premises in keeping with the Theme of the Scarecrow Trail or they too can register to make a scarecrow.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":26866,"template":"","class_list":["post-26865","event","type-event","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
