\u2018Dream Baby Dream’ is a daring new film by local dance artist Orla McCarthy and Ukrainian filmmaker Anna Bogomolova. The solo, performed and choreographed by McCarthy fuses dance-theatre, cinematography and original sound design. The film advocates that self-expression and movement are essential for wellbeing, and explores this idea through an investigation of McCarthy\u2019s personal history. McCarthy will offer a workshop sharing her practice with the local community in Edgeworthstown Library (community space), and will invite members of the community to feature in the film as audience.
