Take A Part Carlow has worked in the Tullow Road area of Carlow, an area of designated disadvantage for the past six years. Take A Part Carlow has now reached a pivotal point in its development as it embarks on the launch of a four year strategic development plan. As we move forward towards a new developmental phase, we intend to build on our core values, working from a ground up approach, to continue to improve access to the arts and creativity in the Tullow Road area. In advance of the strategy launch, Take A Part Carlow will commission artists Kate O\u2019Shea and Aoife Barrett to work with harder to reach young people from the Tullow Road area through Youth Reach Carlow.
