The Story Project is an exciting initiative that will encourage and enable a new generation to write and tell their story in the medium they know best: their smartphones.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The project will support Transition Year Students from Moyne College Ballina to use their smartphones in combination with group collaboration and traditional storytelling skills to tackle one of the most crucial parts of writing a story: getting the story down on ‘paper.’ Because, that is exactly the step that leads to how great stories are created by professional writers!<\/p>\n
The project will ensure each student can bring their strengths to the process, resulting in a finished 150-page book written and illustrated by the students. This book promises to be an entertaining and insightful journey into the lives of 16-year-olds in Ireland today.<\/p>\n
