It also aims to build capacity and sustain the creative practice that has evolved\u00a0locally by supporting artists\/facilitators.<\/p>\n<p>The programme contains fours strands:<\/p>\n<p>1. Peer mentoring and support for local artists and creative facilitators to build future capacity\u00a0for creative dementia inclusive work. \u00a0<br \/>2. A series of Creative Dementia Inclusive Awareness Raising Workshops in partnership with\u00a0the Global Brain Health Institute.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. A programme of one to one creativity &amp; arts sessions with people living with dementia and\/or\u00a0carers together in their homes, supported by the Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) and led\u00a0by the Living Well with Dementia service.<\/p>\n<p>4.
