Cormac &amp; Lorraine collaborated with Edenderry Historical Society in 2023 to explore the history, traditions and culture of east Offaly and are consulting with them again as part of this new production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A love story, family drama and mythology set against the beauty of the bog landscape, Cro\u00ed begins with an unusual wake on Croghan Hill and an ancient pagan ritual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Directed by Colin Hughes, the play features original songs including \u2018Mo Chro\u00ed Och\u00f3n\u2019 &#8211; semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition, Nashville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Don\u2019t miss the opportunity to witness the first production of Cro\u00ed \u2013 a new musical play for the Midlands which will feature at Esker Arts Theatre, Tullamore on 27th &amp; 28th June 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Content Advisory<\/strong>: Depictions of domestic violence and language which may cause offense.
