This \u2018life stage\u2019 affects each woman in different ways: some experiencing little or no negative impact. But, in the majority, menopause and perimenopause can prove challenging, difficult to navigate and often frightening for women.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Through creative processes, we at Mn\u00e1 Le Ch\u00e9ile Women&#8217;s Shed Shannon are looking for\u00a012 participants to take part in a 6 week course called <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Taking Creative Control- Managing your Menopause through Art.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"> It is for women who would like explore their\u00a0personal\u00a0journey through menopause and perimenopause while also sharing their narrative with other women simultaneously through Art.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">In this 6 week course we will be delving into various art based processes about Menopause while being in an empathetic environment with empowering women taking creative control.
