Through a series of music workshops in voice, percussion, song-writing and performance young people will develop new skills and knowledge while at the same time connecting with trusted experienced local artists who can help nurture their talents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">One key aspect of this programme will be to explore how young people can make the leap from playing for themselves to becoming performers and specifically how they can deal with the various challenges that will arise.
