It encourages the public to delve into and explore the beauty of our library services and books in general.<\/p>\n<p><span>Elize de Beer is an artist and bookbinder. She practices varying art forms that include printmaking, drawing, collage and book arts. Through print, artist books and sculptures she explores the greater concepts and concerns around books, their use and access of knowledge; further examining public library spaces and archiving practices.
