Writer Margaret Galvin considers the evolving nature of the famous magazine ‘Ireland\u2019s Own’ over the many decades of its history since its inception in 1902.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Particular emphasis will be placed on the adverts carried in the magazine and how they relate to the sociology of Ireland at that time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Regular features such as the pen friends will also be considered along with the more recent features contributed by RT\u00c9 personalities Mary Kennedy, Michael Lyster, Maxi and Liam Nolan.<\/p>\n
