Advance Care Planning A Primer for Artists &amp; Community Leaders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Art of Life is a project which main aim is to get people talking and planning about end of life as normally as we do about planning for weddings, Christmas, births etc.<span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Irish Hospice Foundation and Compassionate Communities provide Advance Care Planning workshops however it is often difficult to get people to attend.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>The Art of Life will incorporate creative elements to soften and engage and get people involved.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>This event will help creatives and community workers to understand what advance care planning is and why it is important.<span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Delivered by Irish Hospice Foundation and compassionate Communities as part of Creative Ireland Shared Island Project &#8211;
