{"id":33158,"date":"2024-09-26T03:05:57","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T02:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/event\/cluain-dara-perspectives-from-the-blackwater-catchment\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T03:05:57","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T02:05:57","slug":"cluain-dara-perspectives-from-the-blackwater-catchment","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/en\/event\/cluain-dara-perspectives-from-the-blackwater-catchment\/","title":{"rendered":"Cluain Dara: Perspectives from the Blackwater Catchment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Beginning in the autumn of 2024<\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"> Cluain Dara: Perspectives from the Blackwater Catchment<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\"> will take place in The Cluain Dara Day Care Centre in Fermoy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Embracing the metaphor of \u201criver\u201d as the flow of life our project aims to gather stories from a community of <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Elders of The Blackwater.<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Our means and materials will arise from this metaphor, ideas of motion and flow nourishment, bio-diversity and appreciation of our place in the natural world will be explored across visual artforms and processes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">Towards the end of the project young people will be invited to share experiences and hear the voices of the elders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">The project will take place from Autumn 2024 till Autumn 2025\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":33159,"template":"","class_list":["post-33158","event","type-event","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
