By documenting these names and their meanings, the project seeks to safeguard this invaluable knowledge, connecting people to their land and history, while also offering resources for historians, linguists, and local residents interested in Mayo\u2019s cultural landscape. And offering a rich source of inspiration for creatives in Mayo. <\/p>\n
