{"id":35038,"date":"2025-03-28T03:04:40","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T03:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/event\/rubbish-film-festival-county-clare\/"},"modified":"2025-03-28T03:04:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T03:04:40","slug":"rubbish-film-festival-county-clare","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.creativeireland.gov.ie\/en\/event\/rubbish-film-festival-county-clare\/","title":{"rendered":"Rubbish Film Festival \u2013 County Clare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Rubbish Film Festival is a digital arts education programme that aims to inspire students&#8217; creativity and environmental consciousness.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Designed for Transition Year Students, it will provide students in five secondary schools in County Clare a chance to share their artistic abilities, raise awareness of environmental issues like climate action, and pick up some new digital storytelling techniques.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Students will receive training and support in key Next Generation Skills and create short films that highlight the global issue of waste and pollution and their impact on the planet.
