Councils, partnering with the Irish Hospice Foundation, continues to set the standards high for delivery of creative sessions to older people at end of life and palliative care stages in healthcare settings and private homes of participants. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The project has provided training, capacity-building, artist-peer mentoring and residencies for artists in healthcare settings.
