Comedy is one approach that can have a real impact, helping people to relax, share their stories and process their thoughts and experiences in a supportive way whilst enjoying the many benefits of <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Good Grief Club membership.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Good Grief Club is open to anyone (aged 55+) to come along and meet with creative facilitators Briege McClean &amp; Anthea McWilliams who will share humour, stories, jokes and oh yes, some creativity too whilst exploring with everyone the art of living, dying, death (defying) and defining.
