Participants will explore the wonders of the universe through creative, space-themed activities linked to real astronomical research \u2014 and take their artwork home afterward. The AOI, a collective of historically significant observatory sites currently seeking UNESCO World Heritage status, is proud to offer these workshops as a way to connect young people with Ireland\u2019s scientific and cultural legacy.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This event is free of charge, with support from Offaly County Council\u2019s Creative Ireland Programme. However, places are limited and booking is essential.
