Coinciding with National Hedgerow Week 2025, the theme is \u2018<strong>Celebrating our&nbsp;hedges \u2013 a partnership with nature\u2019. <\/strong>The festival will showcase the ancient art of hedgelaying with master classes to demonstrate these skills and the positive impact they have on nature and climate action. There is a full programme of supporting events which include nature journaling, forest bathing, forest school, foraging, mushroom foraging masterclass, art workshops, weaving and poetry workshops. Headlining the festival is acclaimed conservationalist and practitioner, <strong>Richard Negus<\/strong>, author of <\/span><em><span><strong>Words from the Hedge<\/strong><\/span><\/em><span> and <strong>Testament<\/strong>, a poet, rapper and playwright and record breaking beatboxer! T<strong>he Delmaine String Quartet <\/strong>present <\/span><em><span><strong>The Company of Trees &#8211; A Celebration in Words and Music <\/strong><\/span><\/em><span>on the Sunday. <strong>Patrick Deeley<\/strong>, poet, memoirist and children&#8217;s author will read from his new memoir called &#8216;Seeing Through Trees&#8217;. &nbsp;
