Founded in 2019 by artists passionate about carnival traditions, creative collaboration, and community engagement, Cluain\u00edn Carnival Arts brings together over <strong>300 participants<\/strong> in a spectacular illuminated night-time parade.<\/p>\n<p>Featuring <strong>giant puppets, lanterns, costumes, and live performances<\/strong>, the event draws more than <strong>2,500 spectators<\/strong> from across the Northwest. In the weeks leading up to the parade, people of all ages take part in <strong>artist-led workshops<\/strong> in mask-making, costume design, puppetry, music, and performance.
