Seizing the opportunity to connect the residents to the Fleadh, The Sessions is a traditional Irish music and dance programme designed specifically for older people. Led by experienced arts and health choreographer and dancer Vivian Brodie Hayes and world class uileann pipe player Mark Redmond, the programme offers residents the opportunity to watch, engage and enjoy music through storytelling and rhythm.
