<\/span><\/p>\n

Marian Bradfield – singer\/songwriter and performer – has been a stalwart of the Irish music scene for over 30 years. Based in Donegal, she has to date, penned four studio albums and 1 live album. She is \u2013 together with all the other wonder female performers, one of the original Celtic Women and has appeared on several compilations to date including Celtic Woman 1 & 2 to name but a few. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Rosamund Taylor\u2019s first collection<\/span> In Her Jaws<\/span><\/a>, was published by Banshee Press in May 2022, and shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney Poetry Prize for a First Collection and longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2025, she is publishing <\/span>Reflections Glimmer: Poems Exploring Ekphrasis<\/span><\/em> (Tapsalteerie Press) and <\/span>Filly<\/span><\/em>, a novel-in-verse (Banshee Press).<\/span><\/p>\n

A selection of her poetry won the<\/span> Mairt\u00edn Crawford Award<\/span><\/a> at the Belfast Book Festival in 2017. Her poem <\/span>The Proof<\/span><\/em> <\/span><\/em>won the London Magazine Poetry Competition in 2020<\/span><\/a>; in 2023, her poem<\/span> <\/span>Why Whistlejacket?<\/span><\/em><\/a> won the Telegraph Poetry Competition, and in 2025 her poem Beryl won<\/span> the Rialto Nature and Place poetry competition<\/span><\/a>. Her work has been broadcast on RTE radio\u2019s The Poetry Programme and on BBC Radio 4\u2019s Poetry Please.<\/span><\/p>\n

She has published over fifty poems in Ireland, Canada, the US and the UK.
