Participants connect with each other through their shared writing, growing in self-awareness and awareness of others. As individual writers witness their stories being validated and as they receive affirming feedback from the other writers in the group, they grow in self-belief and confidence. Another outcome of the workshops is intergenerational learning as writers share their experiences and their stories with friends, family members and their wider communities.<br \/>The project will offer participants from diverse backgrounds, in marginalised communities, the opportunity to access and participate in creative activities in their local community centre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":39916,"template":"","class_list":["post-39915","event","type-event","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
