Meeting twice monthly, the choir focuses on familiar songs, gentle harmonies, rhythm, and participation for all, supported by a community music facilitator and accompanist. The emphasis is on enjoyment, connection, and wellbeing rather than performance.<\/p>\n<p>This project will build on the choir\u2019s established work while introducing an outreach strand to increase access across the county. Alongside the regular sessions, additional outreach workshops will take place in community settings\u2014such as day centres, residential homes, and local groups\u2014reaching individuals who may face mobility or transport barriers.
