Addressing the ongoing underrepresentation of women across both creative and technical music roles, the project creates a supportive environment where participants can explore their talents and gain practical experience.<\/p>\n<p>The programme offers a series of workshops covering songwriting, music production, sound engineering, performance, and the fundamentals of music business. Each session is facilitated by experienced female professionals who act as mentors and role models, sharing insights from their own careers and guiding participants through the creative process. This combination of technical and artistic learning helps young women develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry.<\/p>\n<p>A collaborative, hands-on approach is central to <strong>Women in Waves<\/strong>.
