This workshop is aimed at healthcare professionals, social workers, and dementia caf\u00e9 coordinators who are interested in exploring creative, person-centred approaches to working with people living with dementia or memory issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Story2Remember <\/strong>is a one-day workshop for people living with dementia in the community and their family members, combining storytelling, reminiscence and creativity (simple poetry\/drama) to improve communication as well as have some fun!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>The training, a train the trainer model, will be led by S\u00e9amus Quinn and Caroline Coffey, who were both part of the original Erasmus project to develop the programme. S\u00e9amus is a researcher, facilitator and creative lead for S.T.AGE \u2013 Respect to Prevent and Story2Remember, both European Commission funded human rights activation programmes for older adults and professional carers. He has worked extensively with NGO\u2019s, Charities, Corporations, Universities, Government bodies and individuals both national and internationally.
