Running from 7\u201316 August 2026, the programme strengthens connections between artists, communities and audiences, while reinforcing Waterford\u2019s role as a European centre for high-quality public art.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Highlights include the Breaking Showcase x Recession Squad in Thomas Street Pocket Park, a lively breakdancing event featuring battles for adults and children, cyphers, freestyles and live music.
