The project promotes personal wellbeing and social connection through art therapy, heritage engagement, and creative exploration, encouraging participants to take an active role in Galway City\u2019s cultural life.<\/p>\n<p>The programme will offer a series of facilitated art therapy retreats, creative day trips, and guided visits to cultural and heritage sites. Workshops and group activities will provide opportunities for relaxation, self expression, confidence building, and shared experience. Activities include painting, craft, and nature based creative practice, alongside visits to museums, historical sites, and natural landscapes.
