Familiar songs can spark recognition, stimulate mood, support concentration, and encourage cognitive engagement.<br \/>These live music sessions provide opportunities for singing, movement, and social interaction in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Singing along to well-known tunes encourages participation, self-expression, and positive emotional connections. Live performances also create shared and enjoyable experiences for participants, families, carers, and staff.<br \/>Importantly, music can help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation by fostering a sense of community and belonging.
