It is a place-based photography and mixed-media project designed for members of the West Waterford community who are experiencing mental health challenges.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-IE\">The project will run over a total of 14 weeks and will be facilitated by artist Philip Cullen. <\/span><span>Philip is an experienced participatory artist and prolific multidisciplinary artist. He currently works with patients in the Renal Dialysis Unit at University Hospital Waterford, and also works as an art therapist, having completed his MA in Art Therapy at Crawford. He also facilitates the Red Lead film group, which started as a drama group for men with acquired brain injury in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-IE\">The project is deeply place-based, drawing inspiration from the landscapes, culture, and communities along the Blackwater River.
