Led by Jonathan Cairns, who brings 12 years of specialised dementia care experience and a Masters in Elite Sport Performance, this initiative moves away from clinical settings to create a \u2018Creative Studio\u2019 at the Westlodge Hotel in Bantry.<br \/>What we do<br \/>Every Tuesday morning from 11:00 to 13:00 (TBC), participants explore their creativity through:<br \/>\u25cf Water painting and pencil drawing<br \/>\u25cf Storytelling and local heritage<br \/>\u25cf Sensory gardening<br \/>\u25cf Light physical movement through yoga<br \/>Why it matters<br \/>The project aims to reduce isolation and reclaim a sense of community. By hosting sessions in a local hotel, we integrate participants into the social heart of Bantry.
