In Westmeath, Creative Community Caf\u00e9s will be delivered in two HSE nursing homes. In Kildare, artist-led creative hubs will be developed in partnership with Social Prescribing Link Workers.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Participants will be engaged through community, health and social prescribing networks, helping us to reach people who may benefit most from creative engagement.
