It provides an opportunity for staff to explore and represent the experiences, feelings, challenges and shared values that shape our working community. The \u201celephant\u201d represents the things that may be present but are not always spoken about\u2014such as pressures, worries, change, workload, relationships or difficult conversations. Through creative pieces, staff can give these issues a visible and meaningful form.<\/p>\n<p>The project encourages openness, understanding and connection, while recognising that every member of staff brings their own experiences and perspective. By sharing these \u201cpieces of us,\u201d the project can help create conversations that might otherwise be avoided.
