Working with Limerick Youth Service, on a collaborative project the artist will explore the aims, ideas and achievements of the citizens of Limerick City in April 1919 during the Limerick Soviet. In particular, the role of bakers, in their sustaining of the soviet by their return to work to feed 38,000 people.
