MyArtbox has been designed to support women creatively through the transition from a Covid restricted year into the challenges of processing all that has happened and fostering confidence for the future.

MyArtbox is a monthly subscription for a box of vibrant art materials with fun and thoughtful ideas to inspire imaginative and personal reflection. The first three boxes are drawing and painting materials, and the following three modelling and multi media.

Participants may subscribe to as many boxes as they wish. Supported by fortnightly Zoom get togethers with relaxation techniques, creative mark making, time for questions and chat. The confidentiality of participant's art making is recognised and valued. There is no obligation to share work on Zoom.

MyArtbox has been created by therapist Wendy Livingston who works in the Lismore Clinic and a practising artist. In 2019 she established Kitchen Table Art, a womens creative group, and have developed MyArtbox to support the wider community at home.
