Mobile Music Machine are delighted to return to KERRY for 50 care concerts between July-December 2022 visiting residential care homes, hospital settings and day care centres.
Covid Care Concerts was established by cellist Gerald Peregrine in May 2000 as a rapid response to the pandemic. To date over 105 of Ireland’s best known artists have performed over 1,300 live concerts to over 125,000 people in 23 counties. The project is supported by Creative Ireland and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media in collaboration with local county councils.
Artists performing in Kerry include Niamh Kavanagh, Sandra Oman, Jerry Fish, and more.
The concerts take place on the following dates:
WEEK ONE: 25th-28th JULY- 10 CONCERTS
WEEK TWO: 9th-12th SEPTEMBER- 10 CONCERTS
WEEK THREE: 3rd-6th OCTOBER- 10 CONCERTS
WEEK FOUR 7th-11th NOVEMBER- 10 CONCERTS
WEEK FIVE: 5th-9th DECEMBER- 10 CONCERTS
