In collaboration with two professional artists, members of the Arklow Youth Group will design and create an outdoor mural and sculpture. The sculpture will be crafted from recycled metal/aluminium materials, under the guidance of a sculptor. The mural will be designed and painted by the youth group, under the guidance of a local artist. The artistic creations will transform the youth centre into a vibrant and meaningful community landmark, fostering creativity, sustainability and pride. The projects reflects the collective desire of the youth group, to create something meaningful and visible, enhancing both their artistic abilities and their connection to the youth centre and local community.  East Wicklow Youth Service youth workers will provide support, manage logistics and ensure collaboration between young people and artists.
