The Shared Island Creative Cafés project brings people together in a series of creative workshops that aim to foster health and wellbeing. The project seeks to promote social inclusion by utilising creativity as tool to encourage connection, a sense of community and friendship. The majority of participants reside in the Monaghan/Fermanagh border region with activities being held in a range of cultural and community spaces in the area. 

The project also provides opportunities for cross border engagement, collaboration and capacity building between health professionals, community-based support services and creative practitioners.
