An emotional and historical drama based on real or similar events during WW1. The original script by Peter Lamacq has been adapted by Sally-Ann Duffy and will be directed by James O’Donnell. The drama is part of ‘The Courageous Men of Cavan’, a collaborative art project that acknowledges the Cavan men that died during WW1. An exhibition of 752 individually created hearts by the Cavan community represents the number of men that died during the 1914-1918 conflict. The display is in the museum until Summer 2026.

This theatrical performance will coincide with the relaunch of the ‘WW1 Trench Experience’ at Cavan County Museum. - Part of the performance maybe outside (weather permitting) so dress appropriately.
