Reframing Nature is an online multidisciplinary artistic project open to people and communities in Cavan resulting in a digital exhibition in March 2025. It focuses on Cavan’s biodiversity and natural and built heritage creatively connecting people to nature and their surroundings. Participants of all ages will be guided on a personal creative journey via pre-recorded videos made by interdisciplinary artist and producer Karina Lynch in collaboration with a small team of local artists. These high quality short film-like videos will be available on mp4 and delivered online during winter/spring 2024/2025. The videos will also be available to community groups, individuals and parents and children etc. covering themes of our flora and fauna, our rivers and lake, our mountains and forests. 

The project aims to connect people artistically to the natural world. Participants will submit photographs of their art to reframingnature@gmail.com for the final digital exhibition taking place in March 2025 . We encourage all art forms from visual art, to poetry and music
