The Tullow Womens Travellers group meet every Tuesday in Forward Steps Family Resource Centre. The group are currently participating in a Health and Wellbeing project, funded by Creative Ireland, in which they wrote poetry and short stories. As a way of presenting this poetry, which is unique to the group, Creative Ireland have asked Angelina Foster of Blueway Art Studios to work with the group and print their Creative writing and poetry onto material using different colour ink and material. The group will then transform the printed material into a quilt which will be displayed at the Living Artfully exhibition on the 14th of November in Borris House.
