This covers the second year of St. Agnes' Community Centre for Music and The Arts in Crumlin on their 2-year Creative Health & Wellbeing project which explores community interventions for well-being. Through collaborations with housing organisations, MISA, local community groups and D12 for Autism the programme of workshops, concert, outreach projects and long-term engagement opportunities the programme aims to foster wellbeing for those at risk of social exclusion and associated  health risks.
